Este grupo, que casualmente entra en <\/span><b>el mes de la diversidad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, es una muestra de la naturaleza de todo el equipo Interacso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expertos coinciden que dentro de una organizaci\u00f3n la diversidad\u00a0 disminuye considerablemente los fallos del sistema, simplemente porque personas distintas son capaces de ver el problema con ojos diferentes. En la misma naturaleza encontramos ejemplos como el de la polilla moteada, que sobrevivi\u00f3 a la contaminaci\u00f3n en la Revoluci\u00f3n Industrial gracias a la existencia de su variedad de alas oscuras.\u00a0 Sin embargo, no basta juntar personas con varios or\u00edgenes o personalidades, lo importante es crear <\/span><b>entornos <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">donde sean<\/span><b> valorados sus puntos de vista antag\u00f3nicos.<\/b><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">El cambio es algo que debe establecerse casi por defecto en las organizaciones<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jack Ma, el fundador de Alibaba opina que <\/span><b>el<\/b> <b>cambio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> -y no la estabilidad- es algo que debe establecerse casi <\/span><b>por defecto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en las organizaciones. Durante la cuarentena, iniciamos un proceso de aprendizaje, en donde cada cual <\/span><b>eligi\u00f3 los contenidos a aprender y el camino<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> preferido para adquirir conocimientos. Al d\u00eda de hoy, hay personas del equipo que est\u00e1n dedicando semanalmente hasta 10 horas de su tiempo libre al autoaprendizaje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n reflexionamos a trav\u00e9s de 9 miradas diferentes, algunas de las cuales nada tienen que ver con nuestras actividades de todos los d\u00edas: 1 director de orquesta, 2 expertos en innovaci\u00f3n, 2 fundadores de startups tecnol\u00f3gicas de \u00e9xito, el CEO fundador de una fintech, 1 consultor, escritor y emprendedor, 1 dise\u00f1ador visual y el manager de una de las empresas m\u00e1s valiosas del mundo.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <strong>elasticidad<\/strong> y <strong>creatividad<\/strong> que ofrece la <strong>diversidad<\/strong>, tienen mucho que ver con el apoyo constante a esa diferencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Teamwork como herramienta para avanzar<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6446 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/interacso.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/teamwork-diversidad-post-interacso-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/interacso.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/teamwork-diversidad-post-interacso-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/interacso.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/teamwork-diversidad-post-interacso-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/interacso.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/teamwork-diversidad-post-interacso-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/interacso.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/teamwork-diversidad-post-interacso-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/interacso.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/teamwork-diversidad-post-interacso-2048x1366.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/interacso.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/teamwork-diversidad-post-interacso-900x600.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otro resultado agradable que tambi\u00e9n nos deja la diversidad se evidencia cuando volvemos a nuestro grupo aniversario, y les preguntamos por el balance de este primer a\u00f1o, tres de esas cinco personas diferentes, esta vez coinciden, en que el equipo ha sido la palanca principal de su desarrollo. \u201cUn <\/span><b>equipo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que rema en la misma direcci\u00f3n\u201d<\/span><b> \u201c<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>TeamWork<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es lo que m\u00e1s me ayud\u00f3 a avanzar\u201d.
